Jacob is passionate about helping people grow in their faith and discover who God created them to be. Whether he’s preaching on a Sunday, coaching wrestling, or serving behind the scenes, he leads with humility, grit, and a deep love for the people of Airway Heights.

Kym loves creating spaces where people feel seen, connected, and at home. From the Refueler Coffee Bar and Sisterhood to serving behind the scenes, she brings compassion, creativity, and a heart for helping others encounter Jesus in everyday life.

Alissa loves helping people grow in their faith, discover meaningful community, and find ways to use their gifts to serve others. She is passionate about building a healthy local church and helping create spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected.

Matthew Blythe

Matthew has been part of The Heights since the very beginning and loves walking alongside people in their faith and caring for others in the unseen moments of life. Outside of church, he enjoys 70’s Americana, spending time with his kids, and enthusiastically taste-testing Aimee’s latest sourdough creations.

Aimee Blythe

Aimee is passionate about helping people experience the freedom and fullness of Christ in both the extraordinary and the everyday moments of life. She loves honest conversations, creating space for the Holy Spirit to move, and is usually somewhere between a sourdough experiment and a competitive puzzle session.

Jim and Jen have been worshiping and serving the Lord together for over 30 years and love helping people connect with the heart of the Father through music. Whether they’re leading worship, spending time outdoors, or enjoying life with their family, they bring joy, authenticity, and a deep love for Jesus into everything they do.

Tim is passionate about reaching the unreached. Whether locally or globally, everyone should have an opportunity to know Jesus. In his off time, he love to ride back country discovery routes on his  motorcycles.

LouAnn loves the Lord and brings that joy into every conversation and area she serves. She is passionate about encouraging others and helping people stay connected to God and one another. When she’s not at church you’ll find her singing, directing, or teaching barbershop music as part of Sweet Adelines.

Ryan has been part of The Heights Church since the very beginning and has served in a variety of ministries and leadership roles over the years. He is passionate about serving people, building community, and helping others grow in their walk with Christ. As an extension of his ministry with The Heights, Ryan also serves as the Assistant Lead Chaplain for the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, supporting first responders and caring for people in our community during some of life’s most difficult moments.
