Part 5 - James 3: 7-9

Big Idea:  Ask, Listen, Change 

Main Point: We must see ourselves and others as made in the image of God.

Prophetic Thought: James tells us that the same tongue we use to bless the Lord can also spew poison on our fellow humans. It is only through submission that we can allow the Lord, through the work of the Holy Spirit, to transform our hearts so we can change the way that we speak. 

Application: Ask the Lord to transform your heart so your tongue can be tamed and transformed by Him.
