An exchange takes place when you rejoice. 

We all wrestle with forces that try to diminish our inner joy; we know what it is like to be weighed down by sorrow, grief, comparison, and distraction. However, sometimes the greatest threat to our joy is external—it comes from the people we interact with, who act as "joy suckers" or "joy robbers." Whether it’s internal or external, this Christmas, we are reminded to cling to the hope we have in Christ. It is the internal peace He provides that becomes a source of joy for us and those around us.
