Our Church our City
Every human has a deep sense of wanting to belong, and to matter and make a difference, yet few people realize that this hunger can only be satiated with a real and vibrant relationship with Jesus. He is calling us to thrive, not just survive, the way to that is to engage the community around us with His love and light. As we seek the peace and prosperity for the people around us, we grow and bloom in the places where God has us. Which means to make new friends, allow God to take us on new experiences and adventures, invest into the local government, school districts and businesses. This is what it means to belong and matter and make a difference, when we don’t limit our lives to our own welfare but look to do the best and be the best for the community around us.
